-Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Applied Mathematics.
-5+ years related experience in consulting, implementation of ERP/EPM/PCM/GRC/BI solutions. Preferably SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Qlik, SAS.
-Experience with key IT Governance and Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF/ Zachman/ COBIT/ ITIL/ DMBOK).
-Proven experience with business process analysis, requirements definition, needs assessment and solution analysis, translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions.
-Experience minimum in one of the following sectors: financials, public, telecommunication.
-Experience with a Big 4 firm or an international IT consulting company or in EPM implementation within an international company is an advantage;
-Experience in integration of EPM with external ERP systems is an advantage;
-Certificates of SAP/Oracle/Microsoft is an advantage;
-industry lead certificates (TOGAF 9 Certified/ COBIT 5/ ITIL/ ISACA/ DAMA/ ICCP/ PMI, etc.) is an advantage
-Outstanding communication, analytical skills;
-Good understanding of consulting business case in Uzbekistan;
-Willingness to business trips across the country and the CIS.


-Developing Digital & Innovation services in Uzbekistan & Central Asia;
-Responsible for enterprise architecture analysis and blueprinting, system selection and implementation project management;
-Manage digital strategies engagements: assess “as is” state and develop “to be” vision pertaining to future needs; analyze business processes, systems, organizational functions and structures;
-Participate and coordinate system implementation project streams: version migration, roll-outs, and quality assurance, implementation of EPM/PCM/BI (Budgeting and planning, Cost allocation, Management accounting reporting, KPI automation etc.);
-Develop functional and technical requirements for the system;
-Test and implement software configurations;
-Quickly assesses client needs and develops solutions to solve issues;
-Ability to identify risk, issues, and scope creep;
-Manage timelines and deliverables with internal departments and customers;
-Maintain effective relationships with client and internal project team, as well as KPMG’s Quality & Risk Management guidelines;
-Communication with clients and maintaining successful client relationships;
-Coaching and performance management of junior staff;
-Monitoring quality of services and advice;
-Participation in marketing activities of the firm in the region.
