1. Knowledge of Uzbek, English and Russian languages.
2. 1-3 years of experience in call center - customer servicing.
3. Excellent data entry and typing skills.
4. Listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
5. Problem solving and customer service skills.
6. Ability to remain calm & courteous in stressful situation.
7. Ability to use positive language.

1. Answer incoming calls and respond to all Freshdesk tickets as per set SLA.
2. Support customers by answering product, application and service questions.
3. Manage daily tasks as per set priority (low , medium , high , urgent ).
4. Project a professional company image through voice and online interactions
5. Identify type of client request and flag them on the system and act as per set procedure, KPI.
6. Resolve customer issues by determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining to client the solution
7. Expedite the execution of the corrective action (refund, coupon...) with concerned department; following up to ensure resolution.
8. Responsible for assisting clients in completing purchases online and over the phone and inform clients of our application terms and features.
9. Identify and escalate issues (system bugs, unsatisfied clients..) to supervisors
10. Upsell products and services for existing client and initiate outgoing call to promote new campaigns.
