• Previous experience at least 2-3 years in the area of HR issues administration and VISA support in international company
• Positive attitude
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
• Strong experience of work with 1C system
• Strong Word and Excel skills; general computer literacy

Обязанности:

We are looking for HR Specialist to support our Human Resources department at the Hilton Tashkent Hotel. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.

The role will involve:

• Provide general support to HR team by working closely with the HR Administrator and HR Head
• Process and maintain paperwork according to Uzbekistan Labor Legislation and Hilton’s internal requirements to document all types of staff-related activities: hiring, promotion, salary change, termination, bonus payment service agreements
• Under a supervision of the HR Head oversee the vacation process for the office, keep record and document vacations (annual, LOA, maternity leave, etc.)
• Maintain employees’ personal files in hard and soft copies
• Support in preparation of jobs descriptions, regulations as required
• Support in preparation of various HR statistic reports and updates for company’s departments
• Assist Team Members in maintenance of HR Database as required
• Deal with day to day correspondence and admin
• Liaise between the Hotel and public authorities - Ministry of Labor, Labor Migration Agency and Ministry of Internal Affairs in the scope of VISA and registration Expats
• Assist in management of health insurance program as per company policy
• Assist in preparing and administering corporate social responsibility events
• Assist in preparing the trainings budget plan
