Требования:

We are looking for Executive Housekeeper to lead our team of Cleanliness Ambassadors and ensure we provide excellent customer service.

Executive Housekeeper responsibilities include managing the teams of Housekeeping and Laundry, settling operational procedures, training and motivating team members and conducting regular quality control tours. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of key cleaning principles and team management abilities.

Ultimately, you will help ensure our daily housekeeping operations run smoothly and that guests are satisfied.

Requirements:

• Previous experience at least 3 years as Housekeeping Manager in a 4-5* international chain hotel (essential) in Uzbekistan. CIS and other locations are additional advantage
• Experience managing department with 30+ employees, property of 200+ room keys (essential)
• Positive attitude
• Past involvement in purchasing negotiations and cost control management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian, English and Uzbek
• Stable and progressive work history in an international environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proven track record in motivating and guiding staff to achieve goals
• Effective leader and a team player possessing a high degree of professionalism, sound human resources skills, communication, interpersonal and administrative skills
• Creative and innovative management style – challenge the norm
• Demonstrate real passion for cleaning and service
• Strong relationship builder
• Excellent communication skills
• Strive to improve all cleaning standards, techniques, etc.
• Strong Word and Excel skills; general computer literacy
• Strong knowledge of laundry operations, chemicals and equipment usage

Обязанности:

• Fully responsible for the pre-opening conditions of the hotel guest and employee areas, responsible of day to day Housekeeping department operations, Laundry and Uniform room operations.
• Take control over operational equipment and guestroom and public area assets.
• Provide exceptional service for our customers and to strive for excellence to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Fully understand hotel business plan and try to achieve and exceed its goals, including Staff and Guests Satisfaction, cost of supplies and profitability of each eentrusted area.
• Create a learning environment within the departments, where everybody can profit and maintain open communication line. Training updated techniques and methods for each area is very important to enhance our service, skills and associates empowerment.
• Train a staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards.
• Motivate Team Members and resolve any issues that occur on the job.
• Ensure that Hilton standards and procedures as well as local legislation are in place at all times.
