Advanced knowledge of telephone etiquette.
Ability to negotiate, convince, sell and influence potential guests.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, amiability and honesty.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information discreetly and professionally.
Ability to work in a team.
Ability to set priorities, manage time, multi-task and meet deadlines.
Perfect computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).


Handle all incoming calls in a quick and polite manner.
Enter reservations in property management system using profound knowledge of the hotel, its room types and rates.
Ensure efficient resolution of all guest inquiries for various hotel services.
Increase sales in transient segments.
Manage all mails from guests and ensure response and completion of all guest requests.
Promote and sell higher categories rooms (Executive and Suites) to maximize room revenue.
Offer alternative room types or dates if abovementioned is not available.
Amend and cancel reservations on the guest’s request.
Respond appropriately to guest complaints and ensure total guest satisfaction.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with all colleagues.
Ensure compliance to all security and safety standards.
